Rehearsal Room hire - Terms & Conditions

RATES

* £10 per hour, for the initial first two hours, £5 per hour thereafter.

PAYMENTS

* Payments are due upon booking and are non-refundable.

* Payments are made via card (using the on screen instructions) A receipt will be issued upon completion.

BOOKING RESERVATIONS

* All reservations are non-refundable.

* All pre-booked hours are to be used consecutively on the same day as one complete appointment and can not be spread over a number of different days.

* You will be given 15 minutes “pack away time” at the end of your reservation.

* Failure to vacate the building within your reservation time & “pack away time” will incur a FINE of £25.

CANCELLATIONS

* Regardless of reason , upon cancellation, the reservation fee will be held in lieu , and can be transferred to an **alternative date** , but , must be within 1 month (30 calendar days) of the original reserved booking date, failure to do so will result in your reservation fee being lost.

* Upon cancellation, your booking date will be made available to others and this action can not be reversed.

* JTB Studios Ltd reserve the right to cancel any booking regardless of reason & with no minimum Notice , but , will offer a full refund upon doing so as well as offering an **alternative date**

DAMAGES & LOSS OF EQUIPMENT

IMPORTANT:

* The person named on the booking will be held solely responsible for any costs of damages to the room ,including Loss / damage to any equipment supplied by JTB Studios Ltd.

* The person named on the booking is solely responsible for ALL members of their parties behaviour within the Studios. JTB Studios ltd will not accept any form of abuse towards our staff or students.

* JTB STUDIOS LTD accept no responsibility for damage to / loss of any equipment brought on to the premises by any member of the named persons party.

* Any personal equipment brought into JTB STUDIOS LTD is used solely at that persons own risk.

CCTV

* All of our studios are monitored and recorded by CCTV under license issued by HMRC Government’s ICO.

* Any form of abuse of our studios / equipment / staff/ students will not be tolerated , and all CCTV footage will be handed to the Police and JTB STUDIOS ltd will seek prosecution of any party member responsible for the abuse. In such circumstances , the Person named on the booking and all members of their party will permenantly prohibited from using any services provided by JTB studios Ltd, and entry to the premises will be permanently banned.

KEYS & ACCESS CODES

* You will be given a unique code that will enable you to access and vacate the building.

* The unique code is only valid on your reservation date , and strictly between the times you reserved the room for.

* PLEASE NOTE: your unique access code for the electronic door lock expires 15 minutes AFTER your reservation time has ended, and you will NOT be able access the building for any forgotten items until the next working day when the studios re-open for lessons.

* A £25 additional call out charge will be payable should any member of staff need to let you regain access to the studios (regardless of reason) after your reservation time has expired.

* The named person on the booking is solely responsible for all keys attained via the supplied unique access code.

* All keys must be returned upon vacating the building once your reservation has finished (using the supplied instructions on your reservation confirmation email)

* Failure to return all keys (including any loss of any supplied keys ) at the end of your reservation, the named person on the booking will be solely responsible for any costs to replace ALL locks and keys on ALL of our doors that grant access to our studios.

By accepting these Terms & Conditions , you confirm a full understanding & acknowledgement of them and agree to adhere to them fully.

**Alternative date**. - this means that the rehearsal room is not yet reserved on this date.
